Eric is an excellent attorney, especially good at negotiations and getting matters settled to the satisfaction of the client. What I especially liked about Eric is that he listens and has a conversation with you. He respects your needs and wishes and gets it done. He is an excellent writer, he drafts agreements well, good reviewer and he's thoughtful. What this all means is that he is someone you can trust and get you through your case successfully. Eric is a terrific attorney and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney or legal counsel. I highly recommend attorney, Eric Gruber of the Gruber Law Group. I was rear-ended while driving on the 101 freeway in Marin County, California. I sustained neck and back injuries and was not being properly compensated for my medical bills by the at-fault party's insurance company. I knew I was being treated very poorly by the insurance company, but I did not know who to turn to. Two other attorneys turned me away because my case was not big enough. Eric was then recommended to me by a lawyer friend. I hired Eric and he assisted me quickly and got me the additional monetary compensation that was appropriate. Eric Gruber is a knowledgeable and easygoing personal injury lawyer. Stoked that I found him to help me. I was in an accident and had some extremely strange and complicated issues with my medical bills with Kaiser and the emergency room doctors. They did some pretty shady stuff in terms of billing and balance billing, so I figured the help of a good personal injury attorney might shed some light. They deal with injuries and medical bills and insurance all the time, right? Eric advised me of the complicated process of how medical bills, liens, reimbursements and “balance billing” works in an injury case and the complexities of dealing with Kaiser when they pay for treatment to a non-Kaiser emergency center. He outlined what they can and can’t do when it comes to recovering money in a personal injury case. Ultimately, he helped me resolve the issue and forced Kaiser to admit that what they were attempting to bill me for and collect money for was illegal! Looking back, I wish I would have l gotten in touch with an accident attorney right away. If I am ever in another injury situation, car accident, skiing accident, bicycle, whatever the case may be, I will reach out to Gruber Law Group right away. Thanks Gruber! You rock!

I am delighted to get to post a positive review of my experience with this law firm. Eric did an outstanding job in getting me a much fairer settlement for a car accident than I would have been able to do on my own. He is very knowledgeable, and responsive, and always left me feeling confident that I was in very capable hands.

At the end of 2013, I was involved in a three-car accident while stopped at a red light. An SUV hit the car behind me and the force of the collision drove that car into mine. My car was damaged a bit, but I suffered some whiplash and headaches for which I went to Stanford Hospital to get checked out. Fortunately, I had insurance which covered most of the hospital visit but I still had to pay out of pocket and I ended up missing a few days of work as well. The other side's insurance company felt I was not injured at all and refused to compensate me for anything except the repairs to my car. I tried to find legal representation, but no one would take my case as they didn't feel it was worth their time. Fortunately, one of the firms which wouldn't take my case referred me to Eric Gruber. From the very beginning, Eric was a pleasure to deal with. He's bright, personable, very knowledgeable about personal injury cases and he laid out all of my options. I met him near his office and we went over the details, and then he was on the case. He kept in constant communication via phone, e-mail and text messaging so I never felt he wasn't giving my case the attention it needed. Even when he was going to be out of town he let m know ahead of time and was willing to answer any questions I had. The process took about six months, which apparently is fairly standard in these cases, and ended with a nice settlement on my behalf. Eric did a great job negotiating with the insurance company to reduce the amount of the settlement they would receive and I was EXTREMELY happy with the result. I certainly hope I never need Eric's services again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to give him a call. He was the first lawyer I've ever had to engage on my behalf and he couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you Eric Gruber!!!

In looking for legal advice and/or representation, I would expect to find someone knowledgeable and professional, and I certainly get that with Gruber Law Group. But what has stood out to me, and kept me coming back, is that Eric and GLG are also passionate advocates for their clients and really take the time to understand the situation and explain 'how things work' so the entire process is less overwhelming. Eric is friendly and a no-BS kind of guy, so I know I'm getting the best service (and outcome) possible.
