Charles filed my EB2-NIW application. I first got in touch with Charles in Dec 2020 via phone call in which we discussed options. Within the day, Charles got back to me saying he would gladly file my application case. We prepared the paperwork, and submitted all forms March 2021. Charles was a huge help for me and my wife in navigating the marriage-based green card process. He volunteered time on the phone with us at key points in the process to talk us through expectations and answer questions. Before the interview, for instance, this was extremely useful to have a forum to ask about all our doubts and concerns. He's also reliably quick to reply via email. During the 16-month process, we wrote to him a couple dozen times and just about every time he had a substantive answer to us before close of business.
