My husband and I are an over-the-road trucking team that owns and operates a one-truck business. In March 2019 we were involved in a highway collision in Oregon that resulted in our truck and trailer being totaled, and both of us being injured. We were out of work for over a year. We were not at fault but knew we had to find representation. Since the crash took place outside of our home state, we began calling lawyers in the Oregon area. We had no luck. We couldn’t find someone familiar with the trucking industry, and the firms we did reach out to either outright declined to represent us or recommended other firms. And the one attorney we initially started to work with, who we found through a trucking advocacy group, completely failed us. Ultimately, none of them worked out. Until we found Sandy Cipinko. We met with him in our home state of Arizona and after our first meeting, knew he was our guy. He had excellent listening skills, showed compassion for our situation, indulged all our questions, and even found someone in Oregon to partner with to represent us in that state. Sandy is honest, direct, compassionate, smart, experienced, hardworking, committed, and more. He walked us through every step of the legal process, directed us to read material that would help us understand what we were doing, and was always available for phone calls and emails. He met with us in our home and got to know us as a couple, to learn about our life, family, and friends, and what made us tick as people. He has such keen insight and an innate ability to hone in on our personalities, allowing him to tailor his communications and even his defense to us as individuals. We felt seen and heard with him. He is well-versed in the medical procedures my husband needed on his back and the imaging and physical therapy we both needed for our injuries. He obtained statements from doctors to use in our case. And he had experts like David Ball, the nation’s most influential trial consultant, and Karen Jo Koonan, a renowned litigation consultant who helped us prepare for our depositions, in his arsenal of weapons to fight and ultimately win cases. With Sandy involved in our case, we felt secure. We felt confident. And we felt taken care of. He helped procure an extremely generous settlement for us, just as he promised. He knows the law, the legal system, and people. He has the experience that one wishes for when one chooses an attorney. He is respected and has a well-deserved reputation. We can’t speak highly enough about Sandy Cipinko and all the people he collaborated with to help create a positive outcome from an unfortunate situation that upended our lives. He did everything we needed. If you find yourself in a position where you truly need someone in your corner, we recommend giving Sandy Cipinko a call.

In 2011, I was involve in a horrible car accident that changed my whole life. I was glad that Sanford Cipinko was able to represent me through this hardship. This accident had a profound impact on my life. I wanted to give up on everything but through talking with Sanford, he gave me the courage I needed to move on with my life. He was able to understand my situation and work with me as a team while we deal with my case. I appreciate Sandy for all that he has done for me. He is not the type of lawyer who only meets you as a client but trys to understand you as a person and will work with you through every single step of your case. He has a strong network that will help you through your case. To me, I feel like he is not just my lawyer but a close companion who guided me and help me understand the situation I was in. He is honest and helpful. Look for Sandy when you need strong/helpful lawyer. YOU won't regret it~! I thank GOD that i met you as my lawyer and met your staff. Thank you Sandy and Thank you for letting me call you Sandy : )

I would like to recommend Mr. Sanford Cipinko who represented me in a personal injury law suit concerning a significant claim involving a large established insurance company. Mr. Cipinko with the assistance of his well trained office staff handled the case with alacrity. All court and other legal filings where accomplished quickly and I was kept well informed as to the meaning and progress of the proceedings. As expected, the Insurance Company pulled every trick they could, including intimidation by suggesting that I lied and was carless enough that I purposely ran into the cross walk and thus was hit by their client’s oncoming car. Eventually the case was settled to my satisfaction with the helpful advice and counsel of Mr. Cipinko. Of upmost importance, Mr. Cipinko is honest and forthright. My experience with Mr. Cipinko has been excellent and I would highly recommend him as legal counsel for any personal injury litigations.

I don't think anyone who gets involved in legal action comes away super-happy about it -- you just do the best with the hand you're dealt and hope you get some kind of justice for what happened to you. But if you need to get legal on someone, (bike-car collision in my case), these guys are great. Sandy (Sanford) is a good guy, very honest, and it seemed like other lawyers have a lot of respect for him, as did the ex-judge who mediated my case. Kimberly was great too, very professional. Since Sandy has associates that handle most of the day-to-day work on the case, I didn't spend a lot of time with him personally, but he's definitely a straight shooter, and I got a sense that he's not a guy you'd want to be negotiating against. Hard to explain, but he manages to give the impression of being unpredictable when in fact he's like five steps ahead of you. Very cagey. Forget the Perry Mason stuff: I didn't make it to trial, and if you're reading this, chances are you won't either. Most cases settle. So what you need from your lawyer is for them to 1) stop you from doing stupid stuff, and 2) talk you into doing smart stuff. For that, these guys were great, and I think we had an excellent outcome. The truth is, it costs a lot to sue someone, both in lawyer contingency fees and case expenses (which you pay all of and which get amazingly insanely huge if you go to trial), so avoid getting a lawyer if you can, and be realistic about what it's going to cost. But if I had to do it again, these are the guys I would go in with. And that's about the best thing you can say about a lawyer if you're not smoking crack. (No offense if you're a lawyer! Then again, if you're a lawyer, you probably know what I'm talking about.)
