I was unfairly sued by Bank of America and hired Susan to fight back on the lawsuit. She really went to the mat for me, fighting Bank of America’s lawyers all the way. The outcome was that they finally conceded defeat after Susan was able to demand audio tapes from the bank of conversations with me. They fought it all the way, but finally gave in. They signed a dismissal “With Prejudice” (meaning they can never bring it up again) and filed it with the Superior Court. What a relief that was. Had she not been there, it could have threatened my home and future. I can recommend Susan wholeheartedly to anyone who wants a lawyer who will fight for you and win. Susan D. Sausalito, CA
