I just had a consultation with James about my visa and business concerns. He is super responsive and patient, and always replied to me very quickly. During the half-hour consultation, he is a great listener and gave lots of useful suggestions based on his knowledge, which is not what I expected. I'm so grateful for his help and would love to keep in touch for my future stuff needs!

I hired James Cai (or Jingming Cai) as my attorney for a case. It was a disaster!
He has, at least, the following issues:
1. Concealed important information. He hid the information for earning your money;
2. Not professional at all. Delaying your case without notifying you;
3. You would get a HUGE bill, some of the items was not caused by you at all;
I have FILED a lawsuit against him and SAC Attorneys LLP.
NEVER use him!

I have recently hired James on a litigation issue and he was highly personable and knowledgeable. He took his time to listen to your concerns and always had a positive response. Though i moved to a new counsel due to personal reasons, i would highly recommend James!!

Attorney Jingming Cai and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed being their client very much. They are EXTREMELY responsive and responsible. Every single email and question are promptly answered. Even though we have a difficult case, we were able to obtain the H-1B visa for the prospective employee. We will definitely come back for more legal help from Jingming Cai and his legal team.

I had a contractual dispute with a phone company (RespOrg). James and his team (Andrew Watters) were instrumental in drafting and filing the case and ultimately getting a settlement which served my purpose.
I found James friendly and prompt with important and time sensitive requests. I am happy to recommend James and his team.
