Lucy McAllister and her team were amazing, and I am very grateful for all their help and hard work. They always responded to my phone calls and emails, and were very easy to keep in close communication with. They helped me with a DUI case, and were able to reduce the charges to a wet reckless. And, the mitigation/disclosure packet they put together for the medical board was extremely thorough and professional, and truly helped me receive the best possible outcome for my case. I am so grateful for Lucy and her team!

Lucy McAllister was responsive with all communications, which I learned is quite rare among attorneys. I had a complicated case with several different attorneys, and she was the only one that consistently responded when I needed her to. Ms. McAllister represented me in a false accusation case against my license that was extremely complex and involved one of the top healthcare systems in the U.S. Her tenacity and eagerness to seek the truth, not only cleared my name, but had the entire accusation withdrawn as if it never happened. She collaborated with my union attorney and both were able to work together to get the truth out and have this completely withdrawn. I am truly grateful to have had such and amazing support system that always believed in me, and fought to get the facts. Ms. McAllister had a great rapport with the others involved in my case and was relentless in her pursuit to help me clear my name. This has been one of the hardest times in mine and my family’s life, and I will be forever grateful to her for helping me to be able to close this chapter and continue doing what I love, remembering the truth always comes out, but having an amazing attorney on your side to help is priceless!

Ms McAllister helped me with a disclosure to the BRN of a DUI. I highly recommend her services. She and her associates answered calls and returned messages quickly (always within a day or two). They were very supportive throughout the process and the final disclosure/rehabilitation evidence that she and her associates put together looks very official and professional. This is the lawyer you want by your side when communicating with the BRN! I will not hesitate to contact her office in the future for guidance and advice if any further questions arise about my case.

I came to Lucy with a DUI case where I needed her to represent me in the criminal case and the case for my nursing license. I was very worried I would end up with a DUI and my nursing license would be taken away. She assured me she would do the best she can to fight both my criminal case and license case to get the best possible outcome. In the end she reduced the DUI to a wet and reckless and my nursing license was never taken away and my record with the BRN is still in good standing. Lucy and the office personnel were always great and very helpful when I called with questions or concerns. I highly recommend this attorney as she was very professional and helpful. 10 out of 10!
