My situation was dire and I needed help with something very routine and trivial. The issue was that the postal service had misplaced my immigration application and I had to refile, but the re-filing was past deadline and I needed some legal help making my case to USCIS. I emailed them on Friday with documents and I had a first consultation set up on Tuesday. During the consultation I realized that my documents weren't even read beforehand. I was given some standard run-of-the-mill solution. Basically I was told to return to my home country and leave my job immediately. I later did my own research and found a few different resources from USCIS that talked about the COVID-19 relaxations from USCIS. Based on those I wrote a letter myself and submitted with supplementary evidence and today I got my work authorization approved. TL;DR - Total waste of money. Did the legal research myself and got out of the mess. Would not recommend

From start to finish my exchanges with this Firm could not have been better. I approached YEW Immigration, in the person of Alison YEW, in order to apply for a Green Card. Very clearly the whole procedure was explained to me, documents were soon gathered, verified and submitted. It was then a question of 'waiting' .. during which Alison kept regularly in touch, based on the successive standard requirements of the USCIS. This review is a way to thank Yew and her team, including Michael and Veronica, for helping me to response to a Request for Evidence from USCIS on form I-539 change of status case. Due to Covid, all the timeline, deadline were messed up and USCIS asked for a visa status that was expired a long time before they processed my case. I was worried at the time but Yew helped me to solve the case professionally. Most lawyers do not take in case for non-immigrants, but Yew does which I find it rare here in Bay Area. To people who said that she is expensive, you get what you pay for. She and her team are professional and firm on deadline so I know my case is in a good hand.

My journey to become a permanent resident became very stressful after my case was denied because I missed an appointment for biometrics which I didn’t even know that I had, since I never received the notice on mail for the appointment. Alison is an excellent immigration lawyer, she helped me in every step of my case, and with her great work my case was finally reopened and I got a new biometrics appointment. She is very professional, efficient, and really cares about her clients. I’m extremely grateful for Alison and her assistant Veronica for the great service and communication through all the process. Allison and her team are wonderful. They assisted us with 2 very difficult P1 visa's from Mexico. Allison went above and beyond to help our 2 athletes compete in the USA. After being approved for the P1 visa, our athletes were actually denied at the consulate to recieve the visa and Allison delivered a letter to the consulate on the legal precedent that allowed these 2 young athletes to be approved for legal status in the US. I would highly recommend Allison for your immigration issues as she is kind, understanding and extremely knowledgeable with the issues of immigration.
