Dan represented my kid in an expulsion which a previous lawyer had prepared an IEP as a last-ditch backup in the event an expulsion was initiated. More or less we walked in, signed the IEP that was on record, and were done in ten minutes. Probably easiest case Dan ever had. I will update this review as the process plays out.
