Stay away from hiring him. He is a vexatious litigant and goes after and sues his clients, neighbours, and acquaintances for meritless reasons only for financial gain, harassment, annoyance, and as a weapon. He rarely gets repeat clients and referrals due to this. Review his court records before contacting him. He has also been disciplined by State Bar.
