After tripping and breaking several fingers in 2018, I knew that I was going to need representation. I did my research before selecting an attorney, and I was not disappointed with my choice. Ram Fletcher is the best attorney in San Jose – I seriously could not have asked for a better attorney. I first spoke with Ram over the phone where he asked me a few questions about my hand. Then, he met with me in his office and explained things in great detail, answered all of my questions, and gave me feedback about my potential case. Shortly after I signed, I received paperwork, which I promptly filled out. Anytime I had a question, Ram was there to answer it. Sometimes, these were questions his friendly, Legal Assistant Heather was able to answer. Everyone there is kind, professional, timely, and on top of things. Ram will never miss a deadline, give you bad advice, or guide you in the wrong direction, because his knowledge, wisdom, and experience in doing this for so many years simply won’t let him. When the time came for my case to go to mediation/trial Ram was there to present me with my options. Throughout the mediation process, which was now during the Pandemic era, Ram checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable with every number offered or counter offered. And when we finally settled, he worked diligently to ensure that I promptly received payment. Ram even negotiated to get my medical fees reduced! So, I walked away with a higher amount than I originally thought I would. Overall, Ram Fletcher is a First- Class attorney who goes over and above for his clients.
