Mike Fitzsimmons is knowledgeable in many areas and if he isn't he doesn't have a problem asking another partner who is to put a fresh eye to the issue to be sure we get the best results possible. He is my go to guy.

Never hired Campbell Warburton Fitzsimmons. Nicholas Pastore graduate from Stanford University but is a big liar. RBT Hoang Nguyen use fake name Binh Thi Nguyen and Robert NGuyen to fraud us 78000 but Arbitrator Nicholas lied he had a live testimony between Binh Thi Nguyen aka Robert Binh Nguyen. We saw in the beginning of arbitration meeting Nicholas Pastore is busy with RMKB's lawyer Enedina Cardina and did not care about the case. Binh Thi Nguyen was Hoang Nguyen wife but in the arbitration award he said Binh Thi Nguyen aka Robert Binh Nguyen . It showed he received bribe from RMKB's lawyers and insurance company. He lied in the arbitration award. RBT construction Hoang nguyen did not pass any inspection but Arbitrator Nicholas Pastoe lied he completed roof, Stucco and countertop and see Exhibit G. But there is no exhibit G. Then Campbell Warburton lied we did not pay the arbitration fee. But he did not let us know. This is a terrible company. Why Campbell Warburton did not send a payment request to us but RMKB's lawyer Enedina Cardina know first. on Oct we check the computer record and found this company try to sue us but on March 20, 2015 my lawyer Michael Vu ask me to issue a check to pay the arbitration fee and I did issue a check. After that I have never receive any payment request. Campbell Warbuton Fitzsimmons is a terrible company and never hired this company arbitrator. This company kept deleting our comment. Nicholas Pastore lied the couter top stucco and roof had completed but our photos shows they never stared. So Campbell Warburton should provide photos to the medias since I had provide the photos to the medias. Don't just lie Campbell Warburton.
