Allegations of unethical and fraudulent behavior by lawyers and arbitrator
“Never hired Campbell Warburton Fitzsimmons. Nicholas Pastore graduate from Stanford University but is a big liar. RBT Hoang Nguyen use fake name Binh Thi Nguyen and Robert NGuyen to fraud us 78000 but Arbitrator Nicholas lied he had a live testimony between Binh Thi Nguyen aka Robert Binh Nguyen.”

Lack of transparency and communication regarding billing and fees
“Why Campbell Warburton did not send a payment request to us but RMKB's lawyer Enedina Cardina know first. on Oct we check the computer record and found this company try to sue us but on March 20, 2015 my lawyer Michael Vu ask me to issue a check to pay the arbitration fee and I did issue a check. After that I have never receive any payment request.”
