At first, before we hired Mr. Pastore, it seemed as if we had an ugly dispute that would never get resolved. Mr. Pastore's expertise, honesty, and intelligence lead to a settlement that neither party could turn down.

Nick is a well experienced mediator. He is handling a difficult case for us for the past few weeks. It did not settle at the mediation, but Nick has never given up. He still calls, still follows up, and is still, weeks later, trying to put together a settlement for us.

Nick was brought to us as a mediator by the other party. What I thought was a mediation conference was more of a settlement conference, There was no doubt he wanted resolution, but it always feel like he wanted a acceptable settlement for the other party - like it was his clients. Maybe he was just being pragmatic. The conclusion was convenient and I didn't have more time to engage on this matter, the resolution was definitely not fair or just.

Nick Pastore was absolutely amazing during our unfortunate dispute with our landlord. We had tried at length to dispute our landlord’s retaliatory actions to no avail. I observed the process as Mr. Pastore mediated between the two parties. I was impressed with the manner in which he attempted to bring both parties to a negotiated agreement. Several months later I needed legal counsel, I called Mr. Pastore office’s and made an appointment to review my situation with him. He negotiated a settlement while at all times counseling and updating me. Mr. Pastore during the negotiations made a very poignant statement to me “It is better to settle than to pay the difference in legal fees” Enough said. I will refer my clients to him based on his honesty, integrity and philosophy to move clients to the best resolution.
