Consulted with Josh on a business transaction and he provided succinct, spot-on advice. As it turns out, Josh's advice was so good that I decided that I didn't need to hire an attorney. But that just goes to show that Josh is not out take your money; he is really interested in helping you out. So if you need a transaction or litigation attorney, I would recommend talking to Josh before you hand your money over to someone else.
