There’s not another attorney I could recommend more than Nick Cvietkovich. He and his entire office are so on top of every aspect in your case. I found myself in an unfortunate set of circumstances shortly after moving to the bay area and was looking at a good bit of trouble because of it. I met with at least a dozen attorneys who all either downplayed the severity of the situation or sugar coated our conversation, and I never left any of those offices feeling confident in them representing me. Until I found Nick. He met with me and took detailed notes of my arrest and I could see the wheels turning already on how he was going to approach it. He rattled off ideas he was already having and most importantly he shot me straight. No sugarcoating. No false promises. He told me how serious it could be, but not to worry because he’d be able to handle it. For the six month period of waiting for my first court date I’m sure my incessant questions over text and phone calls would have annoyed many attorneys.
