I went in person to request a consultation and was promised to have some in person time with the Attorney. That was very appeasing to me because I was expecting to be asked to fill up forms after forms and wait few days. Well none of that. The same day, Mr. Scotty Storey in person sitting with me in the office's big conference room with all humbleness, discussing my situation and giving me different options and providing the pros and cons for each route. With all patience and assurance that I understand what he says. I was very amazed with the level of detail he went through. Not only he didn't charge anything for this consultation, he exercised no pressure at all and he added that I'm free to go and consult with other attorneys before making a decision. Man, that kind of confidence and assurance knocked me off my feet. With no hesitation, l highly recommend Mr Scotty Storey.

Do not trust a word they are saying. They are not here to help you. They will not fight for you. On the contrary, they will try to settle the case with as little work done as possible, which will leave you with a crappy settlement. I do not recommend their services.

With attorneys, it's not so much what you know, as it is how you present yourself. In 30 years, I've never seen an attorney walk in and take charge of the courtroom quite like Carleen. Paying a little more for top notch representation can save you thousands (or hundreds of thousands) of dollars, and quite a bit of time. With civil cases, it's more important to have a well known law firm on the letterhead, but with criminal cases, you want an attorney who is local, well known, well liked and has presence. Carleen has been all of that for 30+ years now. It is additionally important that defense attorneys are equally matched to prosecutors. Typically, the deck is stacked in favor of the prosecutor; Here, Carleen has no match. In balance, you could say that Carleen is helping to make society more just by making damned sure the prosecutor is held to his duty to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the defendant is 100% guilty. One thing you can always count on: Carleen is never going to let an innocent person go down the river: I can say she got my high profile, trumped up, nonsense case thrown out in short order.
