I had the very good fortune of having Mr.Cody Salfen assigned to my case. (My Case was Dismissed, fast). Cody was extremely balanced between Confidence and being Open to input. I needed to secure a restraining order against a mentally ill neighbor who was harassing me. I was referred to Cody by a long-tenured, well regarded Bay Area attorney (whose practice did not include ROs). From start to finish Cody displayed a level of knowledge and professionalism that you want but often do not see with attorneys who handle this type of case. He explained the law to me, defined probable outcomes, engaged me in strategy and deftly navigated a seriously disorganized, dishonest attorney representing the defendant. (People, beware of attorneys who aggressively self promote on the internet.) We bounced an ineffective judge and and I was ultimately granted the RO I was seeking.
