So I had an initial consult with Marianne and she was great. She listened, was empathetic and super helpful and reassuring. My mom has a complicated scenario that has more drama than a K-drama and she was great and helped me to assess the scenario and options. I wasn’t sure if the plan I already have in place was sound. While I am using a different attorney I was already working with I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to modern family law and Marianne in particular if the current circumstances change.

I’m so glad that I found Adrienne Dell through another attorney after calling around a dozen law offices in the San Jose area where most were very transactional conversations. Adrienne’s exceptionally warm client service started before my case discussion. She and I played phone tags for a couple of days until our schedules finally aligned; and during those phone tags, Adrienne never failed to call me back. During my initial conversation with Adrienne, she patiently walked me through my options and their impacts, and I could tell from our discussion that Adrienne is an extremely knowledgeable lawyer who is also very well connected. I never felt rushed in the conversation and she welcomed any questions that I had. Adrienne didn’t just give a generic answer, she took the time to understand the details and asked great guiding questions. At the same time, she’s very considerate of her client’s wishes and asked me to take the time think to about what I want without rushing me. Adrienne was understanding and caring and analyzed with expert knowledge during my entire interaction with her. I highly recommend Adrienne!

Had the worst experience!!!! Took 2 years to get a court date. They kept giving us different attorneys that milked us monthly. Once we said we will no longer pay them they sent out our case to Santa Clara County . And Santa Clara County appointed us a free attorney and we got it all done in just 3 month . Even the county said we got ripped off!!!! Waste Of Time And Money!!! We spent over 10 grand !!!! Don’t Trust Them ! They would send us bills for lunch meetings saying that they talked about our case over lunch . SMH

The best attorney

Adrienne Dell is one of the best decisions I made in my defense against a charge of violence. Her dogged determination got my charges dropped to 415 PC "disturbing the peace". She is a excellent attorney and one of the best for Family/Domestic violence charges in Santa Clara county.
