Highly recommended. The case included in-person deposition, virtual mediation, and a shed load of filings. Elizabeth always gave me options based on effectiveness, time & effort and cost, which enabled me to make quick decisions hence saved my time. Elizabeth was very responsive to emails and always structured her feedback comprehensively and succinctly which again saved my time (and money), since I didn’t need to decipher any content. Elizabeth’s style is factual, which meant I could prepare for eventualities based on the probability of the potential legal outcomes, as she’d advised. Elizabeth was patient, which came in handy when working with some of the characters we came across. I was impressed at how calmly she carried herself, and how appropriately reactive she was, during an unpleasant deposition. Thank You Elizabeth, you’re brill!
