Mr. Horton is extremely knowledgeable. When I have a legal issue, I know that after I have discussed this issue with him, I will feel more comfortable about the situation. We had a case that he was able to successfully litigate for us with no delays or undue expense. I would recommend him to any business associate or friend without hesitation.

Fenn was hired to prosecute and action in California against a large apparel manufacturer whose home office was in St. Louis, MO. Depositions were carried out in South Carolina, New York, and Los Angeles. Fenn's unique perspective and fact finding set him well above other attorneys that we have hired over the years. His courtroom demeaner and presentations led not only to respect from both the Judge and jury from opposing counsel as well. After a two week trial we wnt away a winner. Could not reccomend more highly.
