Mr. Cvietkovich is the best defense attorney in Santa Clara County, in my sincerest experience. Not only did he do everything legally possible to fight false claims, investigate and defend my case, he did so with style, grace and the tenacity that only comes from experienced defense attorney. It took many hours and weeks to locate an attorney that was willing to work my case on my terms. Mr. Cvietkovich was my number one pick when a decision was finally made to get things done and I don't regret, for one second, having him represent me. His services are worth every dime and I'm very pleased with the outcome produced from his law firm's diligence and effort. I could not recommend any other attorney, except for Mr. Cvietkovich, to lead and defend a case no matter how small or severe the circumstance.

I was going through a rough few months in my life trying to fight to get my son back. During that time, I got myself into deeper trouble that didn't help me at all. Regardless, my ultimate goal was to get myself reunited with my little boy and get my home back. I thought I would be able to sort through things by going through mediation, but that didn't go too well for me. The facilitator and mediator at the Courthouse I was dealing with already decided in their mind that I was a criminal based off of some things written down about me on a piece of paper and their attitude towards me also said a ton. So very last minute, I decided to lawyer up. Around 5pm-6pm after my mediation, I decided to call around. I felt hopeless because it was so late in the day and only days away from my court date. I called many places. Nick, along with one other Attorney, called me back within the hour. I explained my situation to Nick briefly over the phone and made an appointment with him immediately. Before seeing Nick and Daniel, I met with another Attorney who seemed like he knew what he was talking about, but I decided to hire Nick and Daniel because I was looking for someone who did not sugar coat my case, who was very blunt with me, and did not give me false promises. For all 3 cases, I hired Nick and Daniel on the spot. I met Nick and Daniel at a very emotional state and made a decision so fast that, at the time, it worried me if I made the right decision. I do not regret it one bit. Fast forward 5 months later, the ruling for all 3 cases went a lot better than expected. Without going into details, I was expecting a harsher punishment because so many things were going on at once and it felt like everything was against me. Nick and Daniel did a great job. I owe them plenty for what they have done for my son and me. I was able to go back home and spend more time with my boy. Although I couldn't always get them on the phone, email worked just as great. They're attorneys dealing with more than one case. I've worked in a law firm before so I completely understand how busy it can get. They respond to emails within 24 hours typically because they're in court during the day. Daniel was very patient and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. Nick was a very blunt, no-BS type person. Just what I needed. Together, they make a great team. I did what I was asked, followed the rules, showed up when I was needed to be present, and let them take care of the rest. They even refunded me what I overpaid in my Family case. I hope to never have to see them again, but in the case that I do, they'll definitely be someone I would hire again. Thank you both for your time and patience.

Just think, you are in an accident, NOT caused by you and the insurer of the other driver says, nothing we can do. Well thanks to Dunnion Law and especially Tara and Briannon. These 2 worked hard to help get our Dr. fees and hospital bills paid. My husband Paul and I did not have to do anything, these 2 woman helped us so much and made it very easy. Thankfully we were both able to walk away from that accident. Thank you Tara and Briannon for taking us on and getting the appropriate payout in our hands. For believing we deserved something.
