Don't know the law. Cannot make a legal argument. Deer in the headlight in front of the judge. Judge ask him a question. He answers like a school boy whom got into trouble, and cannot answer in a complete sentence. No prep for the court. Loses everything you send him, and magically find them when confront with proof of delivery. Says that he cannot find anything in his office, and blame it on the staff. One trick pony, "My dog ate my homework"..... defense. Should of learned it in elementary school, the teachers don't buy it, neither does the judge. There is reason why he is so cheap with 25 years of experience.
