I have worked with Summer on several Real Estate transactions and she does a wonderful job of listening to the objective and laying out a game plan moving forward. Always quick to respond and very informative on the objective at hand. I would definitely recommend Summer again.

Summer was instrumental in the purchase of a small CA Card Room in 2010. There were both local and government agencies (CA DOJ, CA Gaming Commission, City Counsel, ABC, Local Police Department, City Planning, etc) to work with to ensure a smooth transition for the purchase of the highly governed industry. The Purchase Contracts Summer put in place added extra protection from a seller that was not 100% forthcoming in financial obligations associated with the business. Although Summer was not initially up to speed on all the rules and regulations associated with CA Gaming Laws and purchasing and existing license, she was an expert in no time. With the help of Summer, we were approved in record time and our new business was up and running within 10 months (in a standard 18 month approval process).
