Tamara Pow is one of the most professional, responsible and honest lawyers I have ever met (I have met or dealt with over 50+ Lawyers). Tamara Pow has been consistently outstanding for that past 5 years of my business & personal dealings with - Twin Creeks Sports Complex, Twin Creeks Sunnyvale Inc., Global Sports Twin Creeks LLC. and myself. Tamara Pow was able to accomplish a long term lease agreement between Twin Creeks Sunnyvale Inc., and the County of Santa Clara. This was a Lease agreement that would never have been agreed to in 2014, if Tamara Pow was not representing Twin Creeks. Tamara Pow and her team (she has orchestrated and developed her own firm) has also handled several personal & other business dealings with my family, business acquisitions & negotiations, legal advise and other related business and personal matters, issues and concerns over the last 5 years with positive results, resolutions and/or agreeable findings. Tamara was amazing in helping me through the termination of a problem employee. This person happened to be an executive at my company, with a feeling of entitlement. Of course the terminated employee threatened to sue. Tamara worked through the discussions and negotiations with the terminated employee -- and kept me sane and focused on running the business through out the ordeal. Tamara made the issue go away and kept my "eye of the prize" -- keeping me from going off the rails in anger/frustration. Quite a balance act, flawlessly executed.
