Craig Darling and Sylvia Gonzalez handled my case with so much empathy and fought hard for me. Sylvia was my cheerleader in the corner, while Craig got me back more time with my sons. I now can travel internationally on vacations and have peace from constant harassing allegations from a hostile coparent. The biggest win was more time with my children who are the joys of my life. I could have been ordered to pay $3,000 a month towards my coparent that refuses to maintain steady employment, but Craig fought for my pocketbook as well. Life is simple, so the dissolution, if both sides are honesty and candor. However, not everyone is so lucky to have your opposing party as candor as you. There is always someone who would like to make the dissolution as ugly as possible. In this case, you MUST hire a professional attorney. Is this enough? No. A professional attorney with a good heart, and a professional attorney with a good heart paralegal can really save your life. I am so lucky that I found Mr. Craig Darling and her paralegal Ms. Sylvia Gonzalez. My dissolution starts in January of 2024. Before July of 2024, I represented myself because I think the process should be straightforward if both sides can disclose everything per law requirement. However, I realized that the opposing part is making her best efforts to hide financial information. I talked with about ten law firms and finally I decided to work with Mr. Darling and Ms. Gonzalez. Not just Mr. Darling and Ms. Gonzalez are taking care me, but also Seabrook’s admin team is taking care of me. Ms. Traie Zerr checked with me already two times to collect my feedback. So, I will write another one or two reviews as my case proceeds. The dissolution process is tough. Mr. Darling and Ms. Gonzalez charged me very reasonable so far. I understand that they waiver many charges already. Ms. Gonzalez treated me as her brother. She “baby” my attorney fee to make sure I can gain a better position during the process without spending too much. This week Mr. Darling successfully defended my objection on the opposing party’s bifurcation motion. This is rare in California family law court. Again, I am so lucky to have Mr. Darling and Ms. Gonzalez. Though my case has not been finalized, I am confident about the result. I will for sure recommend Mr. Darling and Ms. Gonzalez if you are facing a complicated dissolution case.

I was recommended to this office by an attorney friend of mine. Komal Kaur, Esq. and paralegal Marveya Leon were efficient, communicative and good teammates. We all worked together to move my divorce through. This is a complicated and painful process, even when there is little to no conflict between the parties. Seabrook kept it professional and moving forward; their approach helped me keep in mind that marriage is foremost, a contract.

Stay away from this law firm. I paid ridiculous amounts of money and the first attorney assigned, Craig Darling, used a sneaky tactic which ultimately started the decent to my case. They made sure to charge for every email and response without actually resolving the question or concern emailed. This law firm failed me and they are only in it for the money. I’m currently on my third call for a call back with no success. I still have not received final orders and agreements but keep getting calls to be billed for requesting this information.
