Excellent staff to work with, very professional and ethical

My daughter and new son-in-law chose Seabrook Law offices to represent them in getting more time with their 7 year old daughter. At a time when they needed legal representation the most, they received no help, only bills. $5,000 retainer gone with only 1 meeting with their lawyer and no paperwork filed with the court - what an abuse of power! If Craig Darling and his paralegal Maria Uhl appear to be a helping hand, think about the nickel and diming that his law firm will administer. What an injustice! Please spread the word so your loved ones dont get taken advantage of and please give all the one star reviews a thumbs up so our voices can be heard and more people can see the truth of this lawfirm!

$5,000 retainer GONE and filed no paperwork! RUN the other way! So DISAPPOINTED in this law office. My son and his wife had a lot of faith in Craig Darling and his Paralegal Maria Uhl that they would help my son get more time with his 7 yr old baby girl. Don’t be fooled by their kindness. I don’t understand how this law firm could get away with this! High way robbery and did nothing for my son! They only spoke with their lawyer Darling once ($500/hr) costed them $750hr and $275/hr for their paralegal to write short emails and leave voicemails… They only returned $32.59 of their $5,000 deposit and had to walk away with nothing but heartache and tears. They did not file any paperwork for them and did not do anything to make this right. My son’s previous lawyer was able to file all paperwork for his divorce case, child support and custody/visitation order and he still got back $2,000 out of his $5,000 retainer. Save your time and money and don’t let this law firm take advantage of you!!!

Getting to know this firm has been an amazing experience, I now consider them my friends! My legal journey was not the most smooth one, but thanks to Seabrook Law Offices maría, Craig and the whole team that guided me every step of the way, was accomplished!
