Mr. Lloyd Copenbarger is akin to a U.S. Army General Officer of ultimate worth; I measure him as optimally trustworthy, competent and respectable. My words of praise are not easily given; I am a retired US Army Officer who earned his stripes and know value when I meet it. He is solid.
