I needed a heggstad immediately to remediate my father’s trust and add his accounts accordingly. I was referred to Robert Bergman to start the heggstad paperwork from another lawyer, as I needed the paperwork done swiftly, they were backlogged and referred me to Mr. Bergman. Bob accomplished the heggstad paperwork tasks very timely and was very helpful from start to finish. I was granted the heggstad and able to add the entirety of assets into my dad’s trust as originally planned. The hard work Bob provided helped tremendously, as there are so many unknowns when dealing with difficult court documents. Bob was AWESOME! He responded so quickly and took care of our issue (putting a house into a family trust) even though he was leaving to go on vacation. His communication was excellent and, if you can believe this, a reasonably priced lawyer. I highly recommend him.

Robert assisted us with filing a Heggstad Petition for some assets that were not included in our deceased fathers estate. After my father passed we took his Paralegal processed Trust to Robert to find out our next steps. Robert took his time and explained the gaps in the Trust we needed to cover. Fast forward, the trust was easier to administer because no one disputed it and Robert returned the balance of the retainer where some lawyers would have padded the case. Overall the cost was reasonable to insure the Trust was administered correctly.
