Our case was complicated. The landlord used a weird, never-before-seen trick and left us completely off-guard. Abid handled it very well. At first, I was skeptical of small law offices, believing only big-name firms could get the best offers. Abid proved me wrong. As most cases eventually settle out of court, the most critical skill is negotiation. This is where Abid shines. He was a strong negotiator, and we received far more than expected. The fees are very reasonable. Had we hired a big-name firm, as I originally intended, the fees would have eaten up much of our settlement. Couldn't be happier with the resolution.

Let’s just put it this way, I had a tenant from hell who had an injury attorney lawyer (an ambulance chaser) to reel in as much money as possible, after abusing the system. I hired Abid to resolve the case and he did that with two simple phone calls. I appreciated his time and being able to understand the situation from a landlords perspective. There aren’t that many lawyers out there defending landlords, but Abid in my opinion is the best of them. I would recommend Abid, and if ever needed, would hire him again.

This is one of the most unprofessional clown-like law offices I've ever dealt with. Even their secretary is rude. I asked Abid a simple question about a code violation, in return he, a lawyer who specializes on tenant law told me it's a question better for Code Enforcement. This is supposed to be his career. He is supposed to be able to look at the Municipal Code or whichever Code and find the section and then look up the case law on that to see if I have a case. He can look it up on a service like Lexis Nexis or another case law website. Just overall laziness and carelessness. And this is for a case worth potentially $250k. Everything written is my opinion
