I had a couple issues I wanted to go over and get firm answers about, Adam was very clear and gave great advice for what my next steps would be. I appreciate his time he took out of his busy schedule to help me out.

I was in a situation where my employer was misclassifying me. I was unsure if I was considered misclassified, and Adam went out of his way to explain the differences between an employee and an independent contractor. He explained everything and was upfront about his fees, which I appreciated. I brought the misclassification up to my employer, who decided that it was best that everyone is reclassified to independent contractors. Without his information, we probably would have never been correctly classified. Although I only talked to him for a few minutes, his input was incredibly helpful. While talking to him, I felt he truly cared about my situation and was genuinely concerned for the best possible outcome. I plan to keep his number if I encounter more issues with my employment. I recently changed careers from the salon industry to the forensic and clinical psychology world, and sure there will be a future need to contact Juratovac Law. Thank you for your help.
