As a founder and working VP of a small high tech company, I have been working with the law offices of Joseph Durante since 2004. My involvement with Mr. Durante has been in the area of business contract, software licenses agreement both domestically and internationally. Mr. Durante has represented my company and myself for the last 25 years on many cases regarding our real estate transactions. Joseph is the best. Joseph has a vast working knowledge of the Law, more specifically in Real Estate and Business Law. For someone who is as unfamiliar with the law as I, Joseph is a blessing, because he is able to walk you through the entire process and to explain it in a way to make it understandable to the average person. Joseph clearly explains your options and is able to provide a road map of how he believes a case will go, from there you can intelligently make your decision. He is also not afraid to tell you when he thinks you're making a bad decision. Joseph is one of the most honest and genuine people I know.
