MJ LAW ! LOVE THEM! Highly recommend them ! Honest , Caring , Excellent! Attorney Gabriel will take the time to get to know you and keeps his promises will take the time to explain different options, I went from being a dreamer to obtaining an advanced parole to becoming a permanent resident, couldn't have done it without him and Yessica. Now Yessica , she goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, MJ Law is lucky to have her! on different occasions she took the time to reply to my emails after business hours, and will help with whatever you need in a timely matter, she truly cares about her customers! I am extremely thankful with MJ Law for making my dream come true.

Highly recommend MJ Law , the process for my husband green card process was fast easy and simple. Jack answered all our questions in detail our first visit and since that day I knew MJ Law was the firm we would move forward with. Want to give a special thanks to Yessica, Jacks assistant because since the first visit she kept in touch with us, explaining how the process would work what we could expect and she would give us updates on my husband case. Yessica also answered all my questions right away regardless the time which i appreciated greatly because it shows how passionate she is about her job.

For the past 12 years we have met with many Immigration Lawyers to assist in finding a solution to our immigration dilemma. None were very positive in finding a solution. We visited the Law Office of Gabriel Jack to apply for Daca for my daughter. Being impressed with how Gabriel and his assistant Yessica succeeded in obtaining the approval, we decided to inquire about our status regarding our overstay, because of family medical issues. At an appointment with Mara and Yessica we discussed our situation, and they both suggested we apply for the I 601 A” Hardship” option, as they had great success in obtaining approval. With the assistance of Yessica, we prepared our case and submitted to the INS. In four months we had approval. Then Yessica prepared the application for the NVC. The documents were procured in record time for submission. Yessica has so much knowledge, it was a breeze for her. She understands the requirements and is a true professional. After 5 months the NVC advised of our Interview Appointment in our home country. Again Yessica was so helpful in informing us what to expect. Early December 2017 we were off to Johannesburg for the interview. After a successful interview, we were approved for our Green Card (Permanent Residence) On our return, Yessica again completed the Green Card Application on line, and are now green card holders. Without the professional assistance and compassion shown by Gabriel, Mara and the wonderful Yessica, we would still be out there living in fear of having to return to a violent South Africa. I can only highly recommend the Offices of MJLaw. They are the best !

I still can't believe it has been 3 months since I received by green card in the mail. This time around last year I was debating whether to embark on this journey one more time and risk getting ripped off by yet another lawyer.
