I had a great experience with Gabriel Jack. A wonderful attorney and a great person as well. My case took less than a year from application to approval. I was trying to convert from H1B to F1 (to quit work and start at a prestigious school), but I've seen many horror stories on the web saying that it's mostly going to get rejected if I had an approved I-140. I've reached out to several attorneys for advice and everyone told me the same thing. I pretty much lost all hope until I met Gabriel at MJ Law. My case was even more complicated because my H1B was also close to expiration and filing a new H1B petition could still add more issues when the F1 is pending. One of my friends referred me to him and I really liked Gabriel's "can-do" attitude which made me feel comfortable and optimistic again in trying to start this adventure. They were very meticulous and fast in filing the paperwork, helped me set realistic expectations, and were very patient in answering all my random immigration questions over email. Jack and his office associates are absolutely fantastic to work with. Right from the very first meeting to the point where I was handed over the final paperwork their office handled every single question I had.
