I retained Mitchell for handling my divorce case. It was a fairly simple case, I was barely married for three months, and there were no kids involved, no jointly held property or any other kind of assets. There were two court hearing and the entire process took nearly 2 months. The Good He is definitely knowledge and outspoken. For example, in the second hearing, he checked some information on his iPhone and updated me. the Bad 1. Always delayed in responding to my emails. I was surprised to notice that even after paying a high retainer, there were times when he simply didn’t reply to some of my emails. 2. He was never on time for the hearings. And, the worst Too expensive, simple case like mine costed over 10 K
