Nan far exceeded my expectations of a criminal defense attorney. This was the first time we encountered a situation where we had to untangle complicated legal circumstances. When laws work against you, everything happens in a chain reaction in such unexpected ways. We had to find a knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and aggressive lawyer to fight for our case, and Nan came in with the highest recommendation by another lawyer. My part that I did right was to call her and get her on my team as soon as possible. It took about a month to leave the case with a discharge (the case does not get filed in the district attorney's office), which is the best possible result we could ask for; our case was dropped even before getting filed! Nan was to the point and honest with what possible outcomes would be. She explained all the legal terms, advised us about how to be prepared, responded promptly whenever I asked questions, and walked us through every step of the process. She said, "Don't worry about it and leave everything to me," that's exactly what we experienced. Nan gets her work done and gets it done in the best way possible. Nan represented me at a time in my life when I had been through hell and back. She always treated me like a person instead of only seeing the bad choices I had made. Nan helped me achieve all charges reduced and deleted all of my fines and fees! Nan fully understands how to navigate in and out of the court room. I chose Nan as my lawyer after firing my 1st lawyer in my case as he was ineffective and was very passive. After Nan coming on board, she worked really really hard to resolve my case in my favor. I was arrested despite being the caller/reported of the domestic violence issue, as the unfortunate result of a relationship with an individual with their own record (that I hadn’t been aware of).
