Nan is AMAZING!!!! Nan worked hard to get my bogus DV case (domestic violence) handled and dismissed. I have never been arrested ever in my life. I do not even have a speeding ticket. This amazing lady got me off and saw through the BS my soon to be EX husband did to me. My EX is famous for starting fights and having to record them when I start yelling. EX never gets himself starting the fights only me yelling at him. My ex is has has always been extremely verbally abusive towards the kids and I. That night I got arrested my ex launched off on me and yes I yelled back and moved the phone out of my eye that was about a half to a inch away from my eye. I started seeing star bursts with the LED light on his phone. I called the police for once in my life so I had record of his craziness and low and behold it was me that got arrested. I couldn't believe it. Before the police showed up he was dancing around screaming at me saying I was going to f'ing jail that night. I said NO you will be going. my EX pushed for this arrest. Nan is the best gave me a referral to a awesome counselor & an amazing divorce lawyer.

Javier was hired on my case in 2020. He is very knowledgeable about all kinds of situations of Domestic Violence cases so that he gives me very clear instructions to gather paperwork and resources. Javier is very responsive. He always responded immediately to either my text, calls or email and was proactive in helping me get my case resolved. He was able to get details from the court for me that helped move my case along faster than I would have done myself. He informed every step of the way until the task was completed. I get caught 103mph in Monterey county, and you know, Monterey county’s highway has few cars, no fence, nothing is there so speed is hard to be recognized by instinction, this law firm get my case dismissed. I’m college student and very appreciated that

Nan represented me 20 yrs ago. I was facing my 3rd strike for a crime I didn't do, or have any knowledge of. She believed in me and got the charge dropped. Since then, I've had my record expunged and was granted a Certificate of Rehabilitation. Now my file is at the Governor's office for possible pardon. If I would have been found guilty, my whole outcome would have been different.

During these times “pandemic” it can be tough for others to enjoy. So having an important person like Mr. Rios by your side is very encouraging& helpful. If you’re looking for a great lawyer for your case, LOOK NO FURTHER!! I was working full-time during the pandemic but she worked extremely well with my schedule! I did not need to leave work to attend court once! She of course got my case dropped and kept me updated every step of the way!
