I'm so glad I chose Nancy Bucknell for legal representation. She is the absolute best. I never have to worry about my case because she keeps me in the loop. Even with the pandemic going on she still reaches out to her clients. The fact that I live in Fresno, Ca while my case is being held in Santa Clara County requires a lot of trust and my lawyer. I have the upmost trust and respect for Nancy Bucknell. Update due to pandemic: Nancy got my traffic case dismissed. It feels like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders. My case was dropped and yet she is trying to keep my retainer. She contacted me more about payments than she actually worked on my case. I constantly have to provide case details to her as she never had any info on it, basically she was never my attorney on record. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! How bad would an attorney looks if I win my retainer back at small claim court. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON
