Just the best, look no further. She may be a little more expensive but she's worth it!!! I would have paid more! She is responsive. Lays the case out clearly and possible outcomes. Provides clear advice. Follows up and closes out the case properly. I just don't believe you can do better than her. I had two domestic cases that were resolved in the best possible way. In one of my hearings I heard the judge literally say 'I trust your judgement'. I have no qualms about recommending her and if I ever had any other matter I would immediately go to her. Look no further.

From the very beginning, I was treated with respect! I had a pretty big case when I first walked in. Javier and I discussed everything. While waiting for my next court date, mind you, I was out on $150k Bail, well I got rearrested for a whole differnt charge. This time, bail was revoked, I was locked up. While having been in jail for over 2 months, I was hit with another couple of charges.. LONG STORY!!! So with my first case being complicated, I added 2 more complicated cases to Javier's load. I was looking at a minimum of 10 years in prison. I told Mr Rios, you need to do everything in your power to help me. What started out with 10 fellony charges and 4 strikeable charges, by the grace of God and Mr Rios I walked out of elm wood 8 months later with 5 felonies and 1 strike. I made this guy work his A** off!! This Is a long review, but people need to know, that Javier Rios is an AMAZING lawyer.

I was referred to Javier by a friend. I had a potential situation that I was trying to prevent from escalating. I needed advice on how to proceed. Javier personally answered my call. He walked me through my options, the pros and cons of each option and suggested how to proceed. He was extremely helpful, very professional and courteous. My call with him lasted approximately 10 minutes and addressed my concerns. If my situation changes, I will immediately contact Javier.
