I got charged with a DUI in August of last year. I was looking for a lawyer and after seeing all the positive reviews for Nan I contacted her about my case. I had a very high BAC and a collision. For the following year Nan has helped me with my case, getting it to military diversion court and attending every court hearing. She has prepared me for what to bring and what to expect for each follow up court date and finally, after this long road, I will have graduated diversion court, have my case completely dropped and taken off my record! All the positive reviews live up to what she is capable of and more. She is truly an amazing lawyer and could not have hoped for better results!

My family & I are from SoCal and needed to be represented in court in San Jose. Mr. Rios was recommended as being honest and that he would not "gouge' us ($$). Upon meeting him, in his office, I was impressed by his quick concise responses to our questions. His honesty was obvious. He let us know up front, what to expect in court and what his short tern and/or long term fees would be. Our criminal court appearances were handled by him in the briefest time-frame possible. He was able to have the (felony) charges dismissed. I am so grateful to have used Javier Rios. His handling of our case was remarkable. I had a domestic violence case. The cops arrested me for a felony 273.5. I posted bail and yada, yada, yada, I was scared out of my mind. Someone recommended Javier Rios, said he was a great lawyer, personable and boyscout honest. So I called him immediately within 2 days of my arrest. He got to work fast and gave us a plan.
