I called Bob regarding a question I had about a contract I was being asked to sign by a literary agency. He had me email him the form right then and there, and went through everything with me over the phone (even though he was on his way out the door for lunch!) He was very helpful, not only giving me his opinion about the contract but also offering advice on copyrighting and publishing in general.

I had some questions around potential scam/fraud and asked for a consultation. Bob has been very responsive and helpful in giving advice.
