Consultation call to inquire about my issue. Spoke to Ahmed and let him know of my issue, specifically misdemeanor domestic violence charge. He was kind enough to let me know that the public defender can assist me as I have no knowledge of the law and have never been in trouble with it prior to this. Better than nothing and shows he keeps up to date on what's new within Santa Clara County. If I could afford legal representation I would from him based on the brief consultation call.

Andy Gillin and the entire team are amazing! Last year in September, while riding my bike, I was crossing a crosswalk in a busy intersection when I was hit by a speeding car that was in the middle lane. I was thrown 50 feet and had multiple bones broken as a result. My Pelvis was shattered, had a fractured scapula, and had a broken right wrist as a result of the accident a long with a few abrasions and lacerations. The minute we decided to switch lawyers and use Ahmed and Sukaram was the minute our case turned around for the better. Our original lawyer was not bad, and the decision to change wasn’t easy, but boy am I glad we did. We went from a plea deal of five months in prison with a felony charge to our case being completely dropped. Nafiz Ahmed has the confidence, expertise, and respect of the court needed to result in the best possible outcome. He’s personable, his response times are lightning fast (even after hours) and he has a way about him that put my husband and me at ease the moment we stepped foot in the courtroom. He showed up early to get us seen first every court date. With our original lawyer, we would have to wait a few hours for our turn, and with Nafiz we never spent more than 30 minutes at the courthouse. It’s obvious he has the respect of his colleagues, and that’s for a good reason. If you want the best possible outcome, hire them!

They were extremely prompt with their communication, experienced with all nuances of the court system, and answered all of my questions thoroughly to the letter of the law. Lou will go to bat for you, and will employ all ethical means at his disposal. Although I hope to never need to work with them again, I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
