Let me start by saying I started a used car dealership with very little knowledge and understanding about all the laws and regulations of auto sales in California. Auto Legal Group have went above and beyond with every interaction to help me exceed in my business. We have had the worst experience with ALG. Very slow response as if replying to their client is a hassle. We had paid to go arbitration but was later cancelled due to reaching settlement. We had already paid them their fees and they were supposed to refund the arbitration fee back instead they took a huge chunk off of that and sent a check for $600....Find a different legal representative that will actually serve and help you rather than these people who will only take your money and stop replying.
