Laporte Law Firm was excellent. They are always in contact and answer question within 24 hours, in my case. It took a while but I'm told this is the normal. By taking a while I mean it took two years. There were a lot of medical records we had to get for my case and Kelsey was fantastic and got everything we needed. After the hearing with the Judge, he commented on what a great job Kelsey had done for the preparation on my case. They are fantastic and I'd recommend them to all who need a Social Security Attorney.

I'd initially talked with another (very nice!) local atty, but he was not willing to help with the initial first step of applying, which I felt was crucial + most important (to start with the best foundation.) While the Laporte Law Firm definitely helps folks who have SSDI applications that have been denied, that first step and application is where I needed the most support + therefore calmed my nerves. Worked with the staff to set up my estate planning, never interacted with Cheri directly, and overall I had a pleasant experience. The only call out I would have is that you get communication from various people during the process, which can get difficult to keep track or carrying out a conversation throughout your case. You kind of have to keep searching your email on who sent what question.

Cheri helped me with creation of a Will and trust. She was professional, courteous and helpful. Ashley helped explain the documents and patiently answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable, efficient and personable, and I would highly recommend working with her.

Person who answered the phone today at 1:25 PST 01/23/2024 was very negative and not helpful!! Not the way to start with a potential client. Not very smart from the start!
