I have been working with Cheri Michaelis for 10 years. She offers over 20 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration and probate. Cheri and her team (especially Rosalie and Rianna) were amazing to work with. They were responsive (generally responded to my emails and phone calls in <24 hrs, often faster), kind, and professional. We did estate planning, including multiple documents. They were flexible in adjusting the contract for us (we had our own notary) and then adjusting it again at our request (when we found that recording grant deeds to be difficult on our own, especially during the COVID-19 and Holiday season).

Cheri and her team helped us with all of our Estate Planning needs when our two daughters were born. We can now rest easy knowing that our children will be taken care of no matter what. They made the process easy and clear to understand, and answered our many questions very thoroughly! I would highly recommend Cheri and her team!

When we finally decided to get our trust set up, I went through my MetLaw Legal Plan through work. We were given a list of law firms to work with and Cheri’s law firm stood out. Cheri and her team, including Rianna and YooBin, were wonderful to work with. We recently contacted the Michaelis Law Office to create Wills, a Living Trust. We‘re very glad that we did. Although the many forms are complicated, the process was successful because of the expertise and professionalism of the Michaelis associates. When we asked for amendments to documents or additions matters were attended to quickly correctly. In particular we wish to thank and commend Ms YooBin Kim. At our final conference she walked us through the documents and explained them fully. She answered all of our questions patiently and fully. Ms. Kim‘s skill and knowledge are matched by her abundant people skills.
