Jeff was referred to me by a successful real estate investor I know. We had problems with a predatory landlord who, among other things, demanded a fee to erect the business signage that was implicit in the lease, but not explicit. Jeff took care of this and the other issues such as parking allocation. He is smart, friendly, and whatever you do, have Jeff read a commercial lease before you sign it.
