In 2019 Mr. Weltin took on a case for me concerning wage theft from my previous employer. Just recently the case settled and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. During the time fighting my case, not only was Mr. Weltin courteous and timely when responding back to me via email or phone, he was also extremely knowledgeable about the things he needed to do to present a strong case for me. Daniel represented me in a case against my auto Insurance co. After being in an accident in 2018, in which I was hit by an uninsured driver. Although I had $100,000 coverage on my policy with State Farm, for an uninsured driver I was unable to obtain a fair settlement for my injuries & losses on my own.
