Randy was referred to me by an attorney I work with following a bad car accident that sent me to trauma with back and neck injuries and my Volvo was totaled. I was hit from behind at a stop light from someone speeding and was crushed into the vehicle in front of me. Randy was patient, sincerely listened and instrumental in helping me to work through all the red tape in getting the care I needed to recover. He is fair and honest and is very familiar with the tactics employed by the insurance companies. I would highly recommend him and his team. I was highly impressed upon our first meeting with Randy Walton at Walton Law Firm. Although very professional, Randy still manages to be a warm and caring person who is easy to talk to. Randy represented both my brother and I in an Elder Abuse Case (on behalf of our Mother) against a skilled nursing facility, an assisted living facility and a home health care. The case was complex. Randy explained the process in depth, always making himself accessible for questions and was able to negotiate a very impressive settlement. I live in Carlsbad and suffered a serious shoulder injury in a car accident after my air bags exploded. The accident wasn't my fault, and my roommate said that I should get a lawyer. Randy and Luke were absolutely wonderful from start to finish in our mother’s wrongful death lawsuit. It was an emotional and difficult thing to go through as we mourned our mother’s passing, but Randy and Luke took care to always listen and consider our feelings and needs. Don't be misled by the four star rating. Five stars is what I term "Walk on water perfection" and while Randy and Kristen came very close it is not something I observed. Here is what I did observe: They are honest and have integrity. They are knowledgeable , capable and competent. Knowledge alone without competence is not worth anything and Randy and Kristin have all three in abundance. They are compassionate and caring. My case was important to them because they cared about me and my well being. These qualities are valuable and important and I feel very fortunate to have found Randy and Kristen Walton to advocate on my behalf. I also feel fortunate to have become acquainted with them as people.

I hired the Walton Law Firm to file an elderly wrongful death suit. I interviewed a number of law firms and found that Randy Walton possessed the most detailed knowledge of the law and discussed how he handled other like cases with his wealth of 20+ years of representing clients in this specific area. He made me feel very comfortable with his style. This was a very emotional situation for me, and he took great care in respecting. He explained all the steps that would happen throughout the process and he was spot on for every one of them. He also anticipated the opposing councils steps to be proactive and was able to handle them extremely effectively. I appreciated his communication at every step of the way and if I had questions, he made the time to talk on the phone. I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on or in the dark.
