My siblings and I reached out to Randy’s firm over concerns of our mothers death and the care she received at her nursing home. Randy accepted us as clients and walked us through the lengthy legal process. Through some ups and down we finally settled with a respectable amount. Don't be misled by the four star rating. Five stars is what I term "Walk on water perfection" and while Randy and Kristen came very close it is not something I observed. Here is what I did observe: They are honest and have integrity. They are knowledgeable , capable and competent. Knowledge alone without competence is not worth anything and Randy and Kristin have all three in abundance. They are compassionate and caring. My case was important to them because they cared about me and my well being. These qualities are valuable and important and I feel very fortunate to have found Randy and Kristen Walton to advocate on my behalf. I also feel fortunate to have become acquainted with them as people.
