I cannot stress enough how great my experience was at Walton Law Firm. I am Cory and on my day off some friends and I took our bikes for ride on Pacific St. in Oceanside, near where I live. We were close to Buccaneer Beach when a car turned left right in front of me and my friends and literally ran over me. Thankfully my friends are all lifeguards and paramedics so they were able to stabilize me at the scene, but I was transferred to the Trauma Unit at Scripps La Jolla with several fractures and ended up spending several days in the hospital and missing months of work. It was a major disruption in my life. I had a consultation with a lawyer from San Diego and immediately did not want to use a lawyer. However, I was told about a local lawyer based in San Marcos. Don't be misled by the four star rating. Five stars is what I term "Walk on water perfection" and while Randy and Kristen came very close it is not something I observed. Here is what I did observe: They are honest and have integrity. They are knowledgeable , capable and competent. Knowledge alone without competence is not worth anything and Randy and Kristin have all three in abundance. They are compassionate and caring. My case was important to them because they cared about me and my well being. These qualities are valuable and important and I feel very fortunate to have found Randy and Kristen Walton to advocate on my behalf. I also feel fortunate to have become acquainted with them as people.
