Randy was referred to me by an attorney I work with following a bad car accident that sent me to trauma with back and neck injuries and my Volvo was totaled. I was hit from behind at a stop light from someone speeding and was crushed into the vehicle in front of me. Randy was patient, sincerely listened and instrumental in helping me to work through all the red tape in getting the care I needed to recover. He is fair and honest and is very familiar with the tactics employed by the insurance companies. I would highly recommend him and his team. They want to make sure you get the care you need and to help you to get a fair settlement that you deserve.

I was highly impressed upon our first meeting with Randy Walton at Walton Law Firm. Although very professional, Randy still manages to be a warm and caring person who is easy to talk to. Randy represented both my brother and I in an Elder Abuse Case (on behalf of our Mother) against a skilled nursing facility, an assisted living facility and a home health care. The case was complex. Randy explained the process in depth, always making himself accessible for questions and was able to negotiate a very impressive settlement. I live in Carlsbad and suffered a serious shoulder injury in a car accident after my air bags exploded. The accident wasn't my fault, and my roommate said that I should get a lawyer. Randy and Luke were absolutely wonderful from start to finish in our mother’s wrongful death lawsuit. Recently I had occasion to engage Randy Walton and his firm to represent me on a legal matter. I found Mr. Walton very competent and well versed in the matter before us. Not only did he know pertinent statutes, but likely outcomes. He was able to explain them clearly to a non-attorney like myself in such a way as to avoid any ambiguity about my matter. Mr. Walton’s competency is also recognized by other professionals insofar as he has been engaged annually to speak to physicians at the annual conference of the California Association of Long Term Care Medicine on the issue of nursing home care and neglect. In 2006, he was invited to speak on the same subject at the California Bar Association’s annual meeting. Whereas knowledge of the law is something one might expect of any competent attorney. What distinguishes Mr. Walton is his empathy, his personal concern about his client and the effect a particular legal matter has on his client’s life. That is a consideration, I believe, that most attorney professionals tend to ignore. Me Walton has also been heavily involved in his community for over a decade. Currently he holds an elective office as a member of the San Marcos City Council, and has worked with organizations such as San Marcos Youth Baseball, San Marcos High School Surf Team, Valley of Discovery Education Foundation, and the Ridgeline Protection Taskforce. He is also a founder and board member of The San Marcos Promise, a non-profit that provides guidance and support to San Marcos students on their journeys to college and career. When all is said, Randy Walton is a good man. I can think of no better recommendation.

Randy and his experienced team got our family through a difficult time. They were very helpful, answered all of our many questions as we went through a very emotional experience of finding resolve to our very personal situation.
